About the delivery company <br>Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express. For some areas such as Okinawa and remote islands, delivery will be made by Yu-Pack. Please note that you cannot specify the delivery company.
About Shipping <br>After your order is placed, we will ship your order within about 3 business days after the procedure is completed. Business days are weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. However, we may not be able to deliver your order as specified during the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays, irregular holidays, as well as delivery areas and natural disasters.
*Gift cards will be issued immediately after the purchase process is completed.
Regarding specifying a delivery time slot : It is not possible to specify a date and time at the time of ordering. If you would like to specify a date and time, please contact the delivery company yourself. For hygiene reasons, we will only accept returns and exchanges of unused and unworn products. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
