Q. Where are the products made?
All items are carefully handcrafted, one by one, by local artisans at our atelier in Senegal. Everything from fabric selection to sewing is done by hand.
Q. What materials are used?
We use unique materials such as cotton and lace selected locally in Senegal. For details, please refer to each product page.
Q. How do the sizes run?
Most items are free size, and flat measurements are listed on each product page. Our garments are characterized by relaxed, loose-fitting silhouettes. If you're unsure about the size, feel free to contact us via the inquiry page.
Q. Will there be restocks?
Since we rarely restock the same fabric, all items are one-of-a-kind. If you find something you like, we recommend purchasing it before it's gone.

Q. Can I wear it as everyday clothing?
Yes. Although our items incorporate yukata-inspired details, they are designed to suit both everyday life and resort settings. You can enjoy wearing them as easy, dress-like pieces.
Q. What occasions are they suitable for?
Perfect for casual outings such as cafés, day trips, travel, and home parties—any scene where you want to feel relaxed. Just pair them with simple accessories for an effortlessly stylish look.
🧼 Care Instructions
Q. Can I wash it?
We recommend hand washing, or using a laundry net and washing on a gentle cycle. Please avoid bleach and dry the item in the shade.
Q. Will the colors bleed?
Dark-colored fabrics may bleed, especially during the first wash. Be sure to wash separately from other items.

Q. How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.
Domestic delivery usually takes 1–3 days.
International delivery typically takes 5–17 days.

Q. I entered the wrong address when placing my order.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible through the inquiry page.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to various countries and regions including the U.S., Europe, and Dubai.
Q. Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on the destination country, additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
As all items are one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the item is clearly defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us through the inquiry page within 7 days of receiving your order.

Q. Can I purchase an item as a gift?
We do not offer gift wrapping, but our one-of-a-kind items are often well-received as special gifts. We recommend wrapping it yourself for a personal touch.
